Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing HIGH CULTURED for your purchase. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order. We aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. 

 

Please review our shipping policy and important information:-

  1. We ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. Customers can’t choose the delivery company.
  2. We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses due to customs regulations and administrative complexities.
  3. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed delivery. Contact our customer service <here> if you need to correct your shipping details. Charges may apply for changes to state and new address. We can't ensure your request can be processed successfully if the parcel has been collected by courier. 
  4. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  5. All shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider. A tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address, but there is no proof of delivery (POD) is provided by HIGH CULTURED customer service. Please contact the courier company directly if you have shipping issues.

 

DELAYED OF SHIPMENTS AND PROCESSING TIMES

During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Mega Sales, order processing may take longer than usual due to a increase in online orders.

Orders outside of West Malaysia will be shipped every Friday. 

 

SHIPPING FEES

Online purchases below the minimum spending amount or to other location will be subjected to the following shipping fee:-

  • West Malaysia — RM7.00
  • Labuan — RM15.00
  • East Malaysia  — starting from RM20 for the first 1kg
  • Singapore — starting from RM78.00 for the first 1kg
  • Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM105.00 for the first 1kg
Additional charges for each subsequent kilogram will be calculated at checkout. 

 

FREE SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on orders over RM100 within Peninsular Malaysia. 

 

TAX EXCLUSION

Our products are not subject to any taxes.

For overseas buyers, please be aware that your package might be held by your country's postal service or customs and treated as a dutiable item. Any import duties or related fees should be borne by the buyer.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:-

  • Approximately 1 - 3  working days for West Malaysia;
  • Approximately 4 – 7  working days for Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan..
  • Approximately 6 – 12   working days for International Shipping.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, outskirt, customs processing, or other factors.

 

COURIER SERVICES

  1. For orders ship within Peninsular Malaysia, we use FMX. 
  2. For orders ship to Labuan we use Multipro and Sabah Sarawak we use Pos Malaysia. All orders ship out every Friday, last Cut-off time is around 9:00AM. Then, the tracking code will be emailed on next Monday or Tuesday once we received it from the courier center, but before this many of our customers have received their parcels. 
  3. For orders ship outside Malaysia (International), we use Pos Malaysia and it will assigns to the local shipping provider once the parcel arrives in your country. Please aware of the new tracking code from new courier company. 

 

IMPORTANT

We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed package, or other reasons. The package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is deemed to have a high fraud risk, and we reserve the final decision on whether or not to provide compensation if the order is found to be fraudulent.
