Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing HIGH CULTURED for your purchase. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order. We aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
Please review our shipping policy and important information:-
- We ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. Customers can’t choose the delivery company.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses due to customs regulations and administrative complexities.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed delivery. Contact our customer service <here> if you need to correct your shipping details. Charges may apply for changes to state and new address. We can't ensure your request can be processed successfully if the parcel has been collected by courier.
- Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
- All shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider. A tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address, but there is no proof of delivery (POD) is provided by HIGH CULTURED customer service. Please contact the courier company directly if you have shipping issues.
Shipping Fees
- West Malaysia — RM7.00
- Labuan — RM15.00
- East Malaysia — starting from RM20 for the first 1kg
- Singapore — starting from RM78.00 for the first 1kg
- Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei— starting from RM105.00 for the first 1kg
Additional charges for each subsequent kilogram will be calculated at checkout (before payment).
Free Shipping Promotion
- We offer free shipping on orders over RM100, applicable only for Peninsular Malaysia addresses.
Order Processing
Cut-off Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M.
- West Malaysia: Handover to courier in 2 working days.
- Sabah Sarawak Labuan: Handover to courier on every Friday. Tracking code will be emailed on next working day once we received it from the logistic company, but before this many of our customers have received their parcels.
- International: Handover to courier on every Friday.
Delayed of Shipments
During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Mega Sales, order processing may take longer than usual due to a increase in online orders.
Tax Exclusion
- Our products are not subject to any taxes.
- For overseas buyers, please be aware that your package might be held by your country's postal service or customs and treated as a dutiable item. Any import duties or related fees should be borne by the buyer.
- Kindly monitor your tracking status and mailbox for updates. Thank you for your understanding!
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):
- Approximately 2-4 working days for West Malaysia;
- Approximately 5-7 working days for Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.
- Approximately 6-12 working days for International Shipping.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, outskirt, customs processing, or other factors.
Courier Services
- Peninsular Malaysia: eFMX.
- Labuan: Multipro logitics.
- Sabah, Sarawak: Pos Malaysia.
- International: Pos Malaysia. It will then assigns to the local shipping provider once the parcel arrives in your country. Please aware of the new tracking code from new courier company.
IMPORTANT
We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed package, or other unforeseen reasons. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to have a high fraud risk. In such cases, we hold the final decision on whether compensation will be provided.
If you believeyou have received the wrong parcel, we will cover the shipping fees for the return. Please contact us immediately via email with your parcel details.
