Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on www.highcultured.my.
Refunds will only be approved under the following terms and conditions:

  • If we are unable to fulfill the order due to system overselling issues.
  • If a product is found defective during the packing process, a refund will only be issued for that specific product. 

Store Credit Refunds

For returns only due to no suitable size available, refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credit under the following terms:

  • Store credit is valid for one month from the date of issuance. Expired credits will not be reissued or extended.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be canceled once applied to a new order.
  • Store credit can only be used on www.highcultured.my and cannot be redeemed in-store or on other platforms.
  • Each store credit code is valid for one-time redemption, and only one code can be applied per transaction.
  • Store credit is applicable to selected categories only and cannot be used with combo deals.
  • Store credit will be issued within 7 working days after an order cancellation is completed or a return is approved.

Non-Refundable Fees

Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

HIGH CULTURED will not entertain any disputes or complaints regarding refunds once the terms are fulfilled. HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
