Refund Policy

Goods sold are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on www.highcultured.my. Refunds may only be approved under the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are eligible if we are unable to fulfill the order due to system overselling issues or if a product is found defective during the packing process.

 

Store Credit

  1. Store credit has a validity of one month from the date it is issued. Expired credits will not be reissued or extended.
  2. Store credit used on a new order is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  3. Store credit is only valid on www.highcultured.my and cannot be used in-store or on other platforms.
  4. Each store credit code is valid for one-time redemption, and only one code can be applied per transaction.
  5. Store credit is applicable to selected categories only and cannot be combined with combo deals.
  6. Store credit will be issued within 7 working days after an order cancellation is completed or a return is approved.

 

Important Note:

HIGH CULTURED will not entertain any disputes or complaints regarding refunds once the terms are fulfilled. HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
