Return Policy

We only offer 7-day returns for exchanges upon receipt, applicable only to Malaysia addresses. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Returns for size exchanges are only eligible for full-priced items.
  2. NOT eligible for returns: Sale merchandise, combo deals items, underwear, socks, caps, free gifts, and accessories.
  3. Item must be in their original condition: Unused, unwashed, tags intact, unworn, and unaltered.
  4. Sticker on boxes must remain intact and cannot be removed or altered in any way. 
  5. Exchanges for items that do not meet all of the above conditions will be duly declined.
  6. Returns for exchanges are granted only for once per order ID.

International Returns

  • This return policy is only valid for Malaysia.
  • International buyers may request a return only if they agree to bear the full round-trip postage costs upfront upon confirmation of the exchange.

Important Document and Postage:

  • Return Form:
    To expedite the exchange process, please include the Return Form in your return parcel. Failure to do so may result in your package being lost, and we cannot be held responsible without the form, which helps our team verify your return information.
  • Postage:
    • Customers must cover round-trip delivery fees and send returns via registered mail.
    • Payment for new delivery fee must include your order ID number.
    • Any unclear payment details that cause delays may result in processing timeouts, requiring a new processing fee.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service <here> for assistance. 
To process your claim, you must provide evidences of the unboxing process, clearly showing that the goods were incorrect or defective upon receipt. 

Important notes:

  • Do not discard any packaging materials or remove the price tag.
  • The return shipping fee can be claimed up to
    • RM7 for West Malasyia
    • RM15 for Labuan
    • RM20 for East Malaysia

Product Variations & Non-Returnable Reasons

There may be a ±1inch (2.54cm) difference in measurements and 5% discrepancy in product colour due to lighting and different screen displays. This variance is NOT considered a defect. 

For printed items, variations in symmetry, alignment, or slight colour patches are normal and do not qualify for returns.

Termination of Returns

We are not responsible for returned goods in the following situations:-

  1. Lost or damaged during return transit;
  2. Damaged cause by natural disasters or fire;
  3. Damaged from misuse, improper care, or negligence;
  4. Damage from accidents (including pet damage) or soiled/contaminated products; 
  5. Any form of damages not reported or proven to us;
  6. Item with cigarette or perfume odours indicating excessive wear and tear.

Unclaimed parcels

All unclaimed parcels will be automatically disposed of after 14 days. Any appeals or compensation claims regarding unclaimed parcels will be disregarded thereafter. HIGH CULTURED is not obligated to retain any unclaimed parcels with any of the following situations:

  1. Buyer failure to pay the new delivery fee;
  2. Unapproachable customer;
  3. Unknown returned parcels;
  4. Requests or reasons deemed unreasonable.

 

Important Note: 

HIGH CULTURED reserves the right not to accept any return requests that do not meet our standard return policy. Appeals or compensation claims will be disregarded based on our judgment.

HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
