Return Policy
We only offer 7-day returns for exchanges upon receipt for Malaysia addresses. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
- Returns for size exchanges only eligible for full-priced items;
- All sale merchandise, combo deals items, underwear, socks, caps, free gifts and accessories are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges only can be completed if the item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, tag intact, unworn, and unaltered). Sticker on boxes can't be removed or altered in any form. Exchanges of an item that do not meet all of the above conditions will be duly declined.
- Returns and exchanges only granted for one-time per order ID.
Official letter: Including the Return Form in the return parcel to expedite the exchange process. Otherwise, your package might go missing, and we can’t be responsible without the form that allows our team to confirm your package’s return information.
Postage: Customers must cover round-trip delivery fees and send returns via registered mail. Payment for new delivery fee must include the correct order id number. Any unclear payment details that cause delays may result in processing timeouts, requiring a new processing fee.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service <here> for assistance and provide evidences of the unboxing process to show that the goods were incorrect/defective upon receipt. Do not discard any packaging materials and remove the price tag!
There may be a ±1inch (2.54cm) difference in measurements and 5% discrepancy in product colour due to lighting and different devices, this variance is NOT considered a defect; for printed items, variations in symmetry, alignment, or slight colour patches are normal. Such reasons do NOT qualify for returns.
Refund: Refund will be issued as store credit if the item is run out of stock for exchange and to be offset on your next purchase. Store credit is strictly non-refundable and validity for one month. Contact us to reserve item in advance.
Termination of returns
We are not responsible for returned goods in the following situations:-
- Lost or damaged during return transit;
- Damaged cause by natural disasters or fire;
- Damaged from misuse, improper care, or negligence;
- Damage from accidents (including pet damage) or soiled/contaminated products;
- Any form of damages not reported or proven to us;
- Item with cigarette or perfume odours indicating excessive wear and tear.
Unclaimed parcels
All unclaimed parcels will be automatically disposed of after 14 days. Any appeals or compensation claims regarding unclaimed parcels will be disregarded thereafter. HIGH CULTURED is not obligated to retain any unclaimed parcels with any of the following situations:
- Buyer failure to pay the new delivery fee;
- Unapproachable customer;
- Unknown returned parcels;
- Requests or reasons deemed unreasonable.
Important Note:
HIGH CULTURED reserves the right not to accept any return requests that do not meet our standard return policy. Appeals or compensation claims will be disregarded based on our judgment.
HIGH CULTURED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
