Role Description:
The eCommerce Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks and support both operational and marketing functions to ensure the smooth running of online sales platforms. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing inventory management, handling customer service inquiries related to eCommerce orders, and implementing marketing promotions and campaigns. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting marketing efforts to drive online sales.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce operations: Support in fast-growing e-commerce sales & operations and delivering professional customer service promptly.
- Product & Inventory: Assist in optimizing and updating product listing and visibility on all online channels (Website, Shopee, TikTok).
- Backup Livestream: Contribute to developing company TikTok Live and presence.
- Order Fulfilment: Support in order fulfilment and ensure they are collected by the courier on time.
- Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and external parties.
- Social Media Updates: Contributing creative content and maintaining active social media channels.
- Report: Analyze sale data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with relevant e-commerce marketing work where necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or 1-year working experience in equivalent fields
