ALL PAID AMOUNT are Non-refundable and Non-returnable in any form of monetary or products.
- All items must be returned in original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
- All sale/discounted orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. It may only be returned for an exchanged if the item is defective within (7) seven days after receiving your order.
- Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.
- Please keep in mind that sale item may be have a slightly defect less than 5% but un-noticable when wearing (for example imperfect stitching).
- Where the value of the item taken in exchange is exceeds the value of the item returned, customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, no cash refund policy shall apply.
- Footwear must be in the original tags attached. Sticker on the shoebox should not be removed or altered in any form.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange for accessories, knitwear, underwear, socks and caps.
- Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each normal priced item.
- If the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of order, customers will not be entitled to an exchange.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
- Exchange Policy only valid in Malaysia. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally.
APPLICABLE FOR IN-STORES PURCHASE:
- All exchange must be done within 7 days upon the official receipt date.
- Original official receipt must be presented to our staff, otherwise, we will not entertain.
- All sale priced items are STRICTLY non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE:
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Customers will not be entitled to an exchange if the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of parcel, therefore we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense.
- The evaluation process may take up to 21 days from we received the returned item.
- Customers must send us the clear and complete consignment note.
- Except for exchange, we only do store credit (a code) and you shall receive it via email. The store credit has a validity of 3 months and is only eligible for use in www.highcultured.my and not in stores.
- The difference will not be returned if the price of exchange item is lower than the original item.
- Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.

~ Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items within seven (7) days upon notification, failing which you shall be
deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
~ Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by HIGH CULTURED. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the
necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
~ If the returned item(s) is unclaimed for more than 1 months at our warehouse, it will be reimbursed and any appeal/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.
INCORRECT / MISSING / FAULTY OF ITEM:
If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the
return/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available.
Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an
incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by HIGH CULTURED. Please do keep and show us the consignment note for reference.
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out.
Local shipping is based on your total order amount and your shipping area, and International shipping charges is based on your total order weight (KG). Below are the rates for your reference, in MYR:

Your order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 4pm.
- Peninsula Malaysia: 3 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: 4 – 9 working days for your order to arrive.
- Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
For orders done before 4pm, processing day will be counted on that day.
For orders done after 4pm, processing day will start on the next business day.
If orders done after 4pm on Friday, the processing day will start on next week Monday. Processing up to 3 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
We will use Poslaju as our standard delivery courier for local delivery. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for West Malaysia and 4-9 business days for East Malaysia.
We will use Pos Malaysia for international delivery and it will take up to 21 business days* for Singapore & Brunei, and up to 24 business days* for Thailand & Indonesia.
(*All delivery days are excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Malaysia)
During peak sale / special events / promotion period, order processing and/or shipping may be extended slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.
It is advised to place your order 1 week in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Free shipping is available for standard delivery for orders above a minimum spend of RM80 (applicable for Malaysia address only).

We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone / mobile number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email.
- Visit Poslaju website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery.
If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after 3 days since receiving confirmation email, please contact Poslaju contact centre at 1 300 300 300 for further assistance.
- If your parcel is being returned to us due to any reason such as incomplete/insufficient address, undelivered as addressed, failure to receive. Re-delivery and handling fees will be subjected to RM15 (West MY), RM20 (East MY), and international shipping fees will be subjected to the same shipping rate during your check out.
