RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
REFUND POLICY

GENERAL:

All items must be returned in original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
All Sale/discounted items may only be returned for an exchanged if the item is defective. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.
Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, no cash refund policy shall apply.
Footwear must be in the original tags attached. Sticker on the shoebox should not be removed or altered in any form.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange for accessories, knitwear, underwear, socks, and caps.
Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
Exchange Policy only valid in Malaysia.
If the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of order, customers will not be entitled to an exchange.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

APPLICABLE FOR IN-STORES PURCHASE:

All exchange must be done within 7 days upon the official receipt date.
Original official receipt must be presented to our staff, otherwise, we will not entertain.
STRICTLY no size and colour exchange for all sales items.
NO cash refund policy shall apply.

APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE:

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags still attached within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Customers will not be entitled to an exchange if the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of parcel, therefore we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense.
The evaluation process may takes up to 21 days from we received the returned item.
Customers must send us the clear and complete shipment receipt.
STRICTLY no size and colour exchange for all sales items.
NO cash refund policy shall apply. We only do store credits and you shall receive it via email validity of 3 months.
The store credit is only eligible for use in www.highcultured.my and not in stores.
The difference will not be returned if the price of exchange item is lower than the original item.
Print and fill out the Return Form and posted to the following address:

~ Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items within seven (7) days upon notification, failing which you shall be
deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
~ Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by HIGH CULTURED. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the
necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

INCORRECT / MISSING / FAULTY OF ITEM:

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the
returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available.

Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an
incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by HIGH CULTURED. Please do keep and show us the shipment receipt for reference.

Strightly NO cash refund policy shall apply. High Cultured cannot make any cash refund after the transaction is confirmed at www.highcultured.my.

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our Refund Policy:

CANCEL AN ORDER

1. Inform High Cultured team and provide your order number.
2. All sale/discounted items are cannot be cancelled.
3. Your order will be hold and proceed to order cancellation up to 24 hours.
4. You will be refunded via Store Credit* within 24 hours after the cancellation is successful.
5. Customer will not be able to cancel the next order that purchases with Store Credit*.
6. If your order has been shipped. Please refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery. Once the item is back in our warehouse, you will be refunded via Store Credit* within 24 hours.

1. Inform High Cultured team and provide your order number.
2. All sale/discounted items are cannot be cancelled.
3. Your order will be hold and proceed to cancel the item (take up to 24 hours).
4. You will be refunded via Store Credit* within 24 hours.
5. Customer will not be able to cancel the next order that purchases with Store Credit*.

STORE CREDIT*

Terms:

Store credits is a discount code will be emailed to your given email address.
The code has a validity of 3 months from the date.
The store credit is only eligible for use in www.highcultured.my and not in-stores.
Valid for one-time redemption only.
Each transaction is valid for one code only.
Not redeemable for cash.
Any discount code/cash voucher is not able to use in sales/event period.
We will evaluate the order before proceeding with refunding your order in store credits.
Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order, cannot be cancelled/refunded.
Requests for missing code made more than 3 months after the qualifying transaction will not be entertained.
Code once expired and failure to redeem will not be entertained.
HIGH CULTURED will not entertain any dispute or complaint raised on the refund.
